I scratched the back of my neck because I wasn't sure what else to say to him... so I gently wrapped my paw around his hand and started to pull him to the door. The smell of the smoke was finally getting to me, and my eyes started to water a little. A shiver ran up my back as a dull headache set in the back of my head... Great, that was just what I needed right now...
